Woman charged with murder after man 'pinned with car'

Police have charged a woman with murder after ahe allegedly rammed a man with a car on June 27 2020.

Emergency services were called to an apartment block in Sydney's inner west at about 8.30pm following reports a man had been struck by a Toyota Kluger.

The ex-partners were arguing in the complex carpark after she went to his apartment because another woman had been inside with him.

Police will allege Jackline Musa, 44, got into the Toyota Kluger and deliberately struck Payman Thagipu.

Mr Thagipu, 31, was pinned against a brick wall. He was given CPR by paramedics and police but died at the scene.

After hospital treatment for a fractured, Ms Musa was taken to Auburn Police Station where she was charged with domestic violence-related murder.

Police say there was no history of violence between the pair.
